Yes. Couples counselling can help partners process grief together, understand each other’s coping styles, and rebuild emotional and physical closeness after loss.

You’re welcome to attend individually or as a couple — whatever feels right for you.

Both individual and couples/family sessions run for 60 minutes.

Longer sessions can be arranged if needed.

If you’re attending under an EAP program, we’ll usually have 4–6 sessions and work in a focused, goal-oriented way. Longer-term or deeper work unfolds at your own pace — you can review progress, take breaks, and decide when to end.

Counselling is a confidential, non-judgmental space to talk about anything that’s affecting your life or wellbeing. You don’t have to filter yourself.

Yes. I use a secure, private online video platform for telehealth appointments.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours or missed sessions incur the full fee. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
